Directed graphic design and outreach in print and web for in-house marketing & communications, development and education programming;

Designed the most successful direct mail/viral social media piece in STC history;
Led transition to online distribution model of quarterly print magazine: designing, coding and implementing RMI’s “eSolutions Journal,” reducing production time and cost by up to 75%;
